Customer Occupation: Electrical Superintendant in Ceylon Electricity Board.
Reason: Armature commutator was jammed in tiptronic motor.
Solution: Phased commutator and replaced motor brush. And Tiptronic system relearned.
Customer Feedback: some technicians said cannot repair this unit must be replaced but you did repair it. Of course I thought it would cost a lot of money. Wow your service is great.
